2013 Milwaukee Public Museum's 15th Annual Food & Froth Fest PDF Print E-mail

Once again the Trubmeisters ROCKED OUT at the Milwaukee Public Museum's 15th annual Food and Froth Fest.  This year we really out-did ourselves with 12 homebrews, about 8 of which were on tap!  In fact, by our count, we had more beer offerings than any other booth at the fest - way to go Trubs!!  This year we were located in the butterfly exhibit hall, on the first floor.  While not the European Village we'd come to enjoy so much, it was no less fun, and much better lit.  Just down from us was the Miller Rhythm & Blues Band and they were awesome, as were all the bands this year.  Best of all were all the fest goers - we served samples of our homebrew to hundreds of eager beer connoisseurs and received lots of great feedback from people with all sorts of different tastes.  I was left with the distinct impression that homebrew has really gone mainstream now, as most people understood what homebrew is and were especially curious and eager to try some.  The bar has been set (no pun intended!), F&F 2013 will be a tough act to follow.
