Trubmeister Britt Bunyard doesn't just brew authentic farm-house Belgian-style ales, he bottles them authentically too. Britt uses recycled Belgian ale bottles and hand corks each one, then bottle conditions them to perfection in his 150 year-old farm-house cellar that never goes over 62 degrees year-round. Talk about authentic, this could easily be a photo of a Belgian cellar from centuries past, the only thing missing is Britt's monk robe and vow of silence. (Editor's Note: Britt clearly has authentic Belgians down, but he's still working on that silence thing!)
