Preparing the pumpkin.
Preheat Oven to 350* F. Cut a hole in the top and remove the seeds. Cut the pumpkin in half and place it flesh side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until flesh is soft. Scoop out the flesh leaving behind the rind. You may choose to do a cereal mash before adding the pumpkin to the mash.
